Description
Faber Star Shine is a high-performance, water-based cream polish for use on granite, porcelain stoneware, quartz, and siliceous materials in general. It stands out for the deep, vitreous shine it is able to leave on surfaces, as well as its ability to definitively seal and close the pores on materials that were opened during the mechanical polishing process
Faber Star Shine leaves the surfaces extremely durable and resistant over time which makes it the ideal solution to polish and maintain surfaces that are usually subject to continuous and intense foot traffic. It will maximize the effect of the polishing process, making the whole operation much simpler by effectively replacing the time-consuming final steps in the mechanical polishing process. This means it is possible for the operator not to have to use end-stage polishing grains which drastically cuts the time, energy, effort, and amount of water needed to complete the polishing process
Faber Star Shine contains no wax but it acts directly on the surface from a chemical and mechanical viewpoint. It does not cause differences or defects from overlapping, once applied evenly over a whole surface
Suitable for Use On:
- Quartz-Resin Agglomerates
- Granite
- Polished Porcelain Stoneware
Coverage (1 KG):
Approximately 50 to 70 square meters, depending on the determined suitability for the surface
Method of Use:
- Pour 2-3 spoons of product onto the surface to be treated
- Apply Faber Star Shine to the surface using the single disc machine
- Focus on small sections at a time
- Cover the whole surface area evenly until the product has completely dried
- Pass over each section of the floor the same number of times
- Remove any residues from the surface, rinse with plenty of clean water and the surface is immediately ready for use
Additional Information:
- Do not apply Faber Star Shineto wet or over-heated surfaces
- Any adjacent surfaces not being treated with Faber Star Shinemust be protected
- It is important to test the solution in an inconspicuous area before general application
- Surfaces must be between 5 and 40°C before application
- For buffing after polishing and to restore the shine on particularly worn surfaces, treat with at least 2-3 applications of product per area
- For maintenance, polishing treat with 1-2 applications of product per area
