microorganisms, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as yeasts
Crystal Alcosan is a safe product for use on food contact surfaces. It evaporates quickly, leaving behind minimal to no
residue. This disinfectant is recommended for use in high-risk areas where it can effectively clean and disinfect conveyors,
fillers, and other equipment, especially after small product spillages. Additionally, it can be applied during mid-shift breaks
to help maintain a high level of hygiene until production resumes.
